How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To locate and manage your order, please enter your Order Number along with your registered Email Address or Phone Number on the returns portal section of our website.

Once verified, you will be guided through the return or exchange process.

Important Information

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
